T-Mobile Line Level Promo Choice UX

Task:  Create UX to display an offer indicator in the Magenta Welcome tool so that Mobile Experts will know at the beginning of their interaction with the customer that the line has a promo available that can't be stacked with other offers.

Challenges: There are several promos and offers available at any given time, and the ability to differentiate and clearly display which promos can be discussed with the customer is critical. 

Project Partners: T-Mobile product team, IT, Research, and Accessibility

Role: Design Program Manager, managing design process, review and approval cycles, and briefing dev and stakeholders on project needs. This project lasted for 2 months with multiple rounds of review and feedback from executive-level creative and product stakeholders.

Results: The updated UX enabled Retail Experts to view multiple promos available to customers without having to switch to another screen in their tool. 

From a customer perspective, the process of checking available promos was streamlined, making it easier to interact with Mobile Experts.
